Orders and Shipping

Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

We will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

1. For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via “My Orders”.

2. For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section.

If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section.

No, products can be divided over multiple parcels and consequently over multiple shipments. The price does not change, but it depends on the quantity of products purchased.

We offer our customers 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unworn and within their original branded packaging.Please note, we can only offer refunds for items returned under the conditions of the 30 Day Guarantee, no exchanges. Please return the items in the original packaging where possible. Please check the Refund & Returns Policy of the 30 Day Guarantee.

If you need to make any changes or cancel an order, just shoot us an email or give us a call as soon as possible. However, please note that we can only make changes or cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. Once it’s on its way to you, we can’t make any changes, but you can return it once you received it.
If a product is out of stock, you can write to us and we will see if we can include it as soon as possible.
